After spending 15 years and mapping the human processes of how people toil away at work, I noticed that we are capable to automating anything in human conception. My greatest fear was that we weren't just automating jobs and business processes but the very people that we engaged. I recognized that wages weren't an adequate distribution of value for work done or influence offered. I also noticed that ownership of equity needed a more narrow, nano even, definition. Data is the most minuscule type of property that we as engineers can identify and as a result the only sensible way to distribute value for influence and toiling, as wages for classical definitions of work are eliminated.
